Marion County Presiding Commissioner Lyndon Bode (Pronounced BO-dee) has opened his official campaign web-site - lyndonbodeforcongress.com – and has filed the necessary paperwork with the FEC (Federal Election Commission) to start his campaign for the Missouri 9th Congressional District on the Democrat Ticket. Bode is expected to make his formal campaign kickoff within several weeks.

Lyndon Bode is currently in his 14th year as Marion County Presiding Commissioner. Bode has served as the State President of the Missouri County Commissioners Association and as State President of the Missouri Young Democrat Organization. He looks forward to a very positive and hardworking campaign for the Missouri 9th Congressional District.
