Pizza & Politics with Sean Spence, candidate for Missouri's 25th House District Seat

Picture a room full of people who are all excited about making the world a better place. That's what we're talking about. Sure, it is partly a candidate forum where you'll learn more about me and hopefully get excited about my race for State Representative. But it is more than that. It is discussion. It is community. It is coming together to talk about common problems and real solutions. Democracy is not a spectators' sport. Get in the game!
Has there ever been real change without pizza?

Candidate Forum for First Ward City Council Election
First Ward residents can ask the questions they want answered
'
Saturday, March 8th from 3 to 4 p.m.

The Salvation Army, 1108 W. Ash St., Columbia, MO

The Central City Get Out The Vote Committee (CCGOTV) will bring City Council hopefuls to First Ward neighborhoods for three Candidate Forums. The CCGOTV and co-sponsors The North Central Columbia and Ridgeway neighborhood associations want to see as many First Ward residents as possible participate in the election process, to ask questions and to hear what the candidates have to say, and then make an informed choice when they vote for their City Council representatives April 8.
'
The CCGOTV has sponsored candidate forums of interest to First Ward residents since 1999. CCGOTV forums are known for the opportunity they provide for residents to ask questions directly of candidates and for the fact that every candidate asks one other candidate a question.
